TECHNO Delivery Policy

TECHNO ships all orders via USPS Priority Mail within two days after your order was received. Once shipped, your package should arrive within 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, will be shipped on Monday.

Our facilities are closed in observance of the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Friday After Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day

We are not responsible for USPS delivery delays resulting from weather, policy changes, strikes, or other events outside our control. Also note that USPS may observe additional holidays that result in shipping delays.
We are unable to cancel an order once it is in transit. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Customer Support immediately for assistance.

If you experience extreme delays (a week or more) or believe that your package may have been lost in transit, please contact our Customer Support, who will assist you in investigating the delay.
The privacy of our customers is one of our top priorities. All orders are carefully packaged in standard boxes provided to our company by USPS or recycled boxes.

If you receive a product in a packaging that has been damaged or tampered with, please take a photo of the package and contact our Customer Support at your earliest convenience.

Each order placed through our website is assigned a USPS tracking number when it is ready for shipment. You will receive the tracking number for your order via email.
